About
I was born and raised in Bern and gained three years of work experience after completing my carpentry apprenticeship at Röthlisberger Kollektion.
In 2022, I began studying object design at HSLU Design, Film & Art in Lucerne. After my semester abroad at the Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee, I decided to stay there for my bachelor's degree in product and industrial design.
Since October 2025, I have been supported by the Lucia-Loeser-Stiftung and am currently working on my final project, focusing on waste management and decolonial design.
In addition to my role as a tutor in the product design department, I completed an internship last winter at the Berlin-based Studio it’s about, working on exhibition design and knowledge transfer.

Atelier Bonka
My small studio, Atelier Bonka is located in the heart of Bern in the old Toblerone factory and former waste-to-energy plant on the -2 floor of the Warmbächli Genossenschaft.
